High grade Colombian and Ethiopian Arabica beans, roasted to a light to medium profile. The light roast profile lends to brighter acids, and fruitier notes, coupled with beautiful sweet toffee. Great in filter/immersion extractions and great for espresso if you can adjust your grinder to suit
