COVID 19 Safety

We at Neutral Bay Coffee Roasters are doing our very best to keep abreast of the ever changing Health & Safety requirements for food businesses. As such we have created a COVID -19 Safety plan which is on display and available at our premises in Neutral Bay. 

All staff have been educated on the importance of cleanliness & hygiene, social distancing and to stay home if unwell and get tested.

Our Conditions of Entry to our premises for all customers

Based on advice from NSW Gov Public Health Orders

Please maintain 1.5 metres social distancing between groups

 

Dine in customers MUST complete the Record of Visitors (one per group)

 

Take away orders please order at the till then wait outside for order to be called

 

Contactless payment is preferable

 

Keepcups are accepted if they are clean. Please keep the lid in your hands

 

No more than 10 customers at a table

 

Hand sanitiser is available for your use
